The bathroom in Mary's Cosy Cottage was small but cozy, with a nice shower that had good water pressure. It made me feel refreshed and ready to start my day exploring Galway, just like a hot cup of coffee in the morning!
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the small size of the bathroom, but hey, it's all subjective. Some people might find it charming and intimate, though.

Loved the free parking, but had to make sure my car was extra clean to match the spotless towels provided. So much pressure!
Oh, just wish there were more cons to complain about. What a shame!

Upon arrival, Ursula had thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with tea, coffee, milk, fresh Irish bread, and even a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated, with simple and uncluttered decor that matched the pictures online. It was exactly what I was hoping for. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation into town and yet still provided a quiet retreat. The cottage also had plenty of space for some much-needed me-time. The hospitality of Ursula, Gerry, and their lovely family really made the end of my holiday special. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them, and they truly cared about making our stay enjoyable.
Nothing, it is perfect.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The hosts were super accommodating and made our stay extra special by providing us with tea, coffee, fresh Irish bread, and even a bottle of wine to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and our daughter's partner's 50th birthday. The cottage itself was beautifully renovated, simple, and uncluttered, just like the pictures showed. It was the perfect quiet retreat with plenty of space for some me-time. The hosts also surprised us with delicious pastries, preserves, and fresh fruit. Everything was top quality, from the amenities like free wi-fi and free parking to the adorable little puppy that would check in on us in the morning. We only wish we had booked our stay longer!

I had such a wonderful stay at a charming cottage on my recent trip. The owner, Ursula, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even provided delicious bakery items, teas, and fruits, which was such a nice touch. The cottage itself was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was also perfect, allowing easy access to popular attractions like the Cliffs of Moher and Galway city. I only wish I had stayed longer!
If I had to be picky, I would have liked a coffee maker instead of just tea options. However, there was a great cafe nearby that helped satisfy my coffee cravings.

We had a fantastic stay at Mary's Cosy Cottage. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while still being accessible to the city by bus. The cottage itself was spacious and clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ursula, the host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing tea, coffee, and even wine to celebrate a special occasion. The attention to detail was impressive, from the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches like toys for children. Neg: The only consideration was the shared bathroom, which caused a small inconvenience when multiple adults needed to get ready simultaneously.
